Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about designing, booking, and enjoying your bespoke, hand-crafted luxury journeys with us.
We begin with a discovery conversation (via phone, video, or message) where you share your travel goals, interests, preferred pace, and budget. Our travel specialists then craft a preliminary custom itinerary. We collaborate with you to refine it, selecting accommodations, activities, and transport until it perfectly fits your vision.
Yes, absolutely. We understand that plans evolve. You can make adjustments to your activities, hotels, or routing up to 30 days before departure, subject to availability. Note that changes to flight bookings or non-refundable boutique lodging might incur partner fees.
For peak seasons (like summer in Europe or holidays in tropical destinations), we recommend starting 6 to 9 months in advance. For standard travel periods, 3 to 6 months provides ample time to secure top-tier properties and specialized local guides. However, we can also accommodate last-minute bookings depending on availability.
We accept all major credit cards, wire transfers, and bank drafts. To secure your bookings, we require a 30% deposit at the time of itinerary confirmation. The remaining 70% balance is due 60 days prior to your departure date. For bookings made within 60 days of travel, full payment is required at confirmation.
Our cancellation policy varies based on the specific partners (hotels, cruises, airlines) involved in your bespoke itinerary. Generally, cancellations made more than 60 days before departure receive a refund minus the initial deposit. Cancellations within 60 days are subject to varying charges up to 100% of the trip cost. We strongly advise purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.
While we do not sell travel insurance directly, we partner with leading global travel insurers. We highly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, and baggage loss for all custom journeys.

Absolutely. We manage corporate groups ranging from intimate executive boards of 15 people to large company-wide summits of 300+ guests, ensuring the same high standards of personalization and luxury service across all group sizes.
International travel requirements depend on your destination and nationality. You may need a valid passport, visa or travel authorization, confirmed travel documents, and any destination-specific health or entry documents. We recommend checking the latest entry requirements for your destination before departure.
Visa-on-arrival availability for Indian passport holders depends on the destination and can change over time. Before travelling, check the latest entry requirements with the destination country's official immigration or embassy website.
Cabin baggage limits vary by airline, travel class, fare type, and route. Many airlines have different weight and size restrictions, so you should check the baggage allowance shown on your ticket or confirm it with the airline before travelling.
For international flights, arriving around 3 hours before departure is generally recommended to allow enough time for check-in, baggage drop, immigration, security, and boarding. Your airline may recommend a different arrival time depending on the airport and route.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for international trips. Comprehensive coverage can help protect you against situations such as trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, and baggage loss. Some destinations may also require specific insurance coverage.
